Here are some pics of a home that is similar to ours. It has a different elevation, our carpet is darker, and our island will be bigger in the kitchen.

We will have french doors leading into our office.

Kaden is getting so close to walking. Attached is a video of some of his first steps on his own... his new trick is crawling behind you and then using your legs to help him stand up. Enjoy the vids.

Our New House

After a week of hard decision making Mel, Kaden and I have finally made a decision on the house we want to get! It is so exciting and a bit scary but we're going to do it. The house is going to get started in July and should be done mid November. It is a 3 bed 2 bath home with a study/den and a huge garage. Attached is the elevation and the floor plan. Mel and I are going to Huntsville next weekend and will get some photos of a house similar to ours.

Huntsville or Bust!

Well the decision has finally come down from headquarters and we will be moving to Huntsville, Alabama at the end of August. Melanie and I could not be any happier. We have both spent countless hours researching homes in the Huntsville/Madison area and now that time will not be waisted. We are planning a few trips in the comming weeks to look around and get the ball rolling. I will be working as a comptroller for headquarters Army Material Command. Mel, Kaden, and I cannot wait until the end of August!
